FillOnce is built to collect as little as possible. We set only the cookies required to sign you in and keep the service secure, and we measure usage with privacy-first, cookieless analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is required.
Essential cookies (always on)
These are strictly necessary to operate the service and cannot be turned off: your authenticated session and sign-in state (Supabase Auth), security tokens (CSRF/anti-forgery), and your theme and vault-unlock preferences on this device. Without them you cannot log in or use your vault.
Analytics — cookieless
We use privacy-first, aggregate analytics (Plausible) to understand which pages are used. It sets no cookies, collects no personal information, and does not track you across other sites. There is nothing to opt out of because no identifier is stored on your device.
No advertising or cross-site tracking
We do not run ad networks, retargeting pixels, social-media trackers, or any third-party cookies that follow you across the web. Your vault contents are never used for advertising and are never sent to a third-party AI.
Payments
When you upgrade, checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe may set cookies on its own domain to process the payment and prevent fraud — those are governed by Stripe's cookie policy. FillOnce does not receive your card details.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but essential cookies are required to sign in and use the app. Since our analytics is cookieless, blocking cookies does not reduce any tracking.
