Does FillOnce support team seats?
Not right now. Team plans are not currently available for purchase and there is no self-serve team checkout, we would rather say that than sell seats we cannot yet deliver. Today FillOnce is a single-account product: Free and Pro ($9 CAD/month) each cover 2 people, Family ($14.99 CAD/month) covers up to six people in one household. If you need a shared workspace for your organisation, contact us and we will tell you where things stand and let you know when team plans reopen.
Can it handle vendor onboarding paperwork?
That's a primary use case. W-9s, W-8BENs, COI requests, NDAs, master service agreements, vendor questionnaires. FillOnce stores your company details once and fills the next structured form when fields can be detected.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes for your own account: fill, export, and signature stamp on export events are recorded server-side in append-only ledgers. Team audit log export lives on the Business plan, which is not currently available for purchase.
What about contractors and freelancers?
Pro ($9 CAD/month) is built for solo contractors who fill client onboarding forms, NDAs, and 1099 paperwork all day, 2 person profiles, unlimited documents and exports, supported file conversions, and signature stamp on export.
How does this compare to DocuSign + a separate filler?
Public pricing as of mid-2026: DocuSign’s personal Business plan runs around $25/seat/month and only signs; Adobe Acrobat is around $24/month and focuses on PDFs. FillOnce fills structured forms and can self-stamp a saved signature on export on paid plans, plus standards-based web forms via the Chrome extension (beta).
