Why FillOnce
Built for application forms
Multi-step pages, dependent dropdowns, custom questions, EEOC sections. FillOnce handles the form patterns that browser autofill quietly skips.
Save info from your résumé
Upload your résumé as PDF or Word under Forms. FillOnce saves work history, education, and contact info under People—ready for the next blank application.
Never submits without you
FillOnce never mass-submits. You proofread every field and click submit yourself. Keeps your name off the spam-applicant lists.

How it works
Save info from your résumé
In Forms, upload your latest résumé (PDF or Word). FillOnce saves work history, schools, dates, and contact info under People.
Open the next application
On a standards-based HTML form, open the Chrome extension and choose Fill. For a blank PDF or Word application, use Forms → fill a blank form.
Fill, review, submit
Fill the matched fields from your vault. Proofread, attach your tailored cover letter, and submit when you're ready. Never sooner.
Built for real paperwork
Camp & school packets
Save last year’s form under People, fill this year’s blank packet.
Job applications
Save details from your résumé, then fill PDF or Word applications.
Rental & medical
Reuse income, insurance, and contacts without retyping every portal.

The autofill that doesn't spy on you
Browser autofill ships your data to a third party. Password managers only do logins and cards. FillOnce fills standards-based forms, fillable PDFs, Word documents, and Excel intake sheets from a vault you control — stored encrypted with your key, so we can't read them — and matching runs without handing your data to an outside AI service (see how we protect data).
Simple, honest pricing
Web-form autofill is available via the Chrome extension (beta — sideload from Settings; Chrome Web Store listing pending). Upgrade for unlimited documents and exports, supported file conversions, e-signature, and household profiles. Cancel anytime from your billing page.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of application forms does it support?
Standards-based HTML web forms (with the Chrome extension) and PDF or Word application packets (in the app). Many large ATS portals use these patterns; we don't guarantee a specific portal without testing it on your end first.
Will it auto-submit my application?
Never. FillOnce fills the fields and stops. You proofread, attach your résumé/cover letter, and click submit yourself. We won't apply to thousands of jobs on your behalf, that's how applicants get flagged.
Can I import my work history from a résumé I already wrote?
Yes. In Forms, choose “I have a filled form to save from,” upload your résumé as PDF or Word, and FillOnce saves work history, education, and contact info under People—ready to autofill the next blank application.
How is this different from mass-apply tools?
Mass-apply tools submit applications for you, which often gets candidates flagged. FillOnce never submits. It runs field matching on our own infrastructure, not a third-party AI, and works on PDFs and Word docs too, not just web forms.
Does it work on government and contract job sites?
PDF application forms (common for federal and contractor roles) work in the app. Web-based government job sites work via the extension as long as they use standard HTML form patterns.
How much does it cost?
Free includes 1 person profile, 5 stored documents, and 3 document exports per month—enough for most job seekers. Web-form autofill uses the Chrome extension (beta — sideload until the Web Store listing is live). Pro ($9/mo) adds unlimited documents and exports, supported file conversions, and e-signature to sign offer letters and forms yourself before you send them back.
