Does FillOnce submit forms for me?
No. FillOnce fills the fields and stops, so you can review everything and submit yourself. It never auto-submits a form.
Do I have to type all my information in first?
No. You can import a PDF, Word document, or scanned form you've already filled out, and FillOnce extracts your details into your private vault automatically.
Is my data sent to AI?
Not by default. Field matching runs on our own infrastructure, not a third-party AI service. Optional AI assistance is consent-gated and redacts your values before any request.
What forms does it work on?
Web forms via the Chrome extension, plus PDF and Word documents in the app — including dropdowns, checkboxes, radios, and dynamic/React forms that native autofill misses.
How is my data protected?
Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and isolated per account, with optional bring-your-own-key encryption. See the security page for details.
