When reporting a problem, tell us what you were doing and what you expected to happen. Please don't include passwords or sensitive document contents.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your vault values are encrypted and isolated to your account, never sold, and never used to train any model. Optional AI field matching is off by default and only ever sees form labels — never your stored values. See our Security and Privacy pages.
How does autofill work?
Store your information once in your vault. Upload a PDF, Word document, or scanned form and FillOnce detects the fields and suggests matches from your vault. You review and approve document fields before export. The browser extension handles web forms with one-click fill, then stops so you can review the page and submit it yourself. It never submits a form for you.
What file types are supported?
Fillable PDFs, flat (scanned or image-based) PDFs, Word (.docx) documents, and image scans (PNG, JPEG, TIFF). The maximum upload size is 10 MB.
Filling a form for a family member
On a document's review screen, use the “This form is about” selector to choose which household member the form is for. Suggestions and the export are then drawn from that person's vault data.
Billing & cancellation
Manage your plan, payment method, and invoices from Dashboard → Billing. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
Export or delete my data
You can export your full vault (JSON or CSV) and delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your vault, documents, and generated files.
