Terms of Service

Acceptance
By creating an account or using FillOnce (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
What the Service does
FillOnce stores information you provide and helps you fill forms and documents with it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you store and for reviewing every filled field before you submit anything. The Service never submits forms on your behalf.
Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with data you have the right to use. Don't attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer security, or use the Service to fill forms fraudulently or on others' behalf without authorization.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You may export or delete your data and close your account at any time from Settings.
Plans & payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at purchase. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice. Annual plans are charged once per year and not prorated on cancellation.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day satisfaction refund from your first paid charge on a new plan: if FillOnce doesn't work for you within the first 7 days, email [set SUPPORT_EMAIL] and we will refund that charge in full. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for the satisfaction refund. We process approved refunds back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe. EU/UK customers retain any additional cooling-off rights granted by local law.
Data & privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Sensitive values are encrypted at rest; we don't sell your data.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that field matching or extraction is error-free — that's why you review before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
International users
The Service is operated from British Columbia, Canada. If you access it from outside Canada, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in Canada (see the Privacy Policy for details on cross-border transfers and your jurisdiction-specific rights). You are responsible for complying with local laws when using the Service in your country.
Business / team customers (Data Processing Agreement)
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization or its end users, our Data Processing Agreement applies. Accepting these Terms in that context constitutes acceptance of the DPA.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved by good-faith negotiation, except that consumers retain any non-waivable rights to use the courts or alternative-dispute-resolution mechanisms of their own jurisdiction where applicable mandatory law so provides.
