Can I store profiles for each of my kids?
Yes. The Family plan supports up to 6 household members. When you open a form, you pick who it's about and FillOnce fills their details, separate allergies, insurance, doctor, school, the works.
What kind of school and camp forms does it support?
Standards-based web forms (with the Chrome extension) and PDF or Word forms (in the app). Many school and camp portals use these patterns; we don't guarantee a specific portal without testing it first.
Can I import data from a form I already filled out for one kid and reuse it for the others?
Yes. In Forms, choose “I have a filled form to save from,” upload a PDF or Word doc you filled out, and FillOnce saves matching answers under that person in People. You can then fill blank forms for other kids from their own profiles.
Is my children's information safe?
Your kids' details and documents are stored encrypted with your key, we can't read them. Nothing is ever sent to a third-party AI. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly how files are processed.

Never. FillOnce fills the fields and stops. You review every answer and click submit yourself, important for permission slips and medical authorizations.
